A sparkling combination of brilliant, just-picked citrus, two bergamot extracts capture all the fruit’s facets: bergamot integrale uses oil from the entire citrus fruit, including the peel. Vert de bergamot is procured using molecular distillation to conjure the crisp, green top note of fresh bergamot. A further inflection of citrus—embodying lemon and lime—arrives in cedrat oil sourced from citrus groves.
