Pasquale Bruni’s Secret Garden is a heritage exhibition celebrating the Maison’s 65th anniversary.
For the first time, in the ancient and breathtaking setting of the University of Milan—an emblematic place of research and knowledge—the origins, savoir-faire, and the evolution of a unique creative language that continually renews while remaining true to its essence are unveiled.
Conceived by Christoph Radl and Eugenia Bruni, Creative Director of the Maison, the exhibition transforms the West Loggia of the University into a secret garden where colors, fragrances, and the sounds of nature create a suspended, sensory experience. Jewels emerge from the vegetation like discoveries, each gem capturing and emanating its own light, amplified by mirrored floors that infinitely multiply foliage and reflections, dissolving the boundary between beauty and the sublime. Many of these creations, preserved for decades within the family’s private collection, are revealed to the public for the very first time.
“In nature, there is always a miracle of light that meets our eyes.” — Eugenia Bruni
An invisible, vibrant thread runs through the story of Pasquale Bruni, connecting earth to gemstones, gemstones to the hands of artisans, and those hands to light. The certainty that jewelry is not merely adornment, but a revelation: the awareness that within matter itself lies a light waiting to be set free.
The story of Pasquale Bruni begins in 1961, in the artisan workshops of Valenza. There, through daily contact with precious metals and gemstones of every color and origin, and guided by artistic sensitivity and technical mastery, Pasquale defined his vision of modern jewelry.
