ETRO is thrilled to present its Fall/Winter 2025 collection which embarks on a journey through time, exploring the myths and origins of creation.
The collection draws inspiration from ancient narratives, like the Egyptian tale of Ra’s tears transforming into bees, contemplating the mysteries of existence through tactile, richly layered designs. Creative Director, Marco De Vincenzo approaches the collection as an exploration of material itself, weaving together dense textures and intricate embellishments. Lines move fluidly around the body, pleats define the waist, and fantastical flora swarms across denim and corduroy. Embroideries, glazes, and rubberized prints add depth, while brushed wools and sequined patterns create a dynamic interplay of texture and light. Collaborating with Korean artist Maria Jeon, ETRO introduces a mythical bestiary onto garments and accessories, featuring extinct creatures, imagined zoology, and bees suspended in amber.
Softly rounded bags contrast with clean, structured silhouettes, while raw wool fur details evoke a primal, untamed spirit across hats and outerwear. The men’s collection mirrors these themes, incorporating psychedelic velvets, embroidered duffle coats, and robe coats that blur the line between the past and the future.
ETRO’s FW25 Collection is a vibrant, ever-evolving force—one that embraces metamorphosis, mythology, and materiality to redefine the essence of contemporary craftsmanship.
