Stella McCartney has launched its Rose Capsule, a limited-edition gifting edit celebrating Ramadan and Eid. Honouring the significance of the rose in Islam as a symbol of the splendour of creation, love and the natural beauty that surrounds us, the concise wardrobe includes ready-to-wear and vegan accessories inspired by iconic brand silhouettes and the Summer 2024 runway collection. The capsule blends modesty with modernity and tradition with innovation – crafted from vibrant pink and black lightweight, luxurious fabrics upcycled from past collections to minimise material use and environmental impacts.
Satin daytime pyjamas, asymmetric cape dresses and kaftans are monogrammed with S-Wave symbols and embellished with panels of lead-free crystal for a conscious, celebratory attitude. Available in day-to-night rose pink and black tones, these ready-to-wear pieces are crafted from deadstock fabrics to reduce waste. Much like the rose, the S-Wave is a symbol of nature’s beauty and harmony; inspired by DNA strings, sound waves and the secret geometry of Mother Earth – graphically capturing Stella McCartney’s ever-evolving commitments to circularity, material innovation and conscious leadership.
Among the key cruelty-free accessories are crystalline takes on the iconic Falabella Mini and Tiny totes, alongside phone holders and wallets on chains – available in degrade rose pink and black. Pulling from the Summer 2024 runway are black recycled satin Falabella loafers and crystal-embellished Elsa mules. Cruelty-free accessories are handcrafted by retrained leather artisans in Italy using vegan materials, down to the glue, ensuring no animals are ever harmed.
