Rolls-Royce Dubai Celebrates 3 Years with Stunning Bespoke Masterpieces. For three years, the Rolls-Royce Private Office in Dubai has served as a beacon of hyper-personalized luxury in the Middle East. As the first Private Office established outside the marque’s UK home, it has transformed the way clients commission their dream vehicles. To mark its third anniversary, Rolls-Royce is unveiling a collection of breathtaking Bespoke motor cars that perfectly capture the fusion of personal narrative and unparalleled craftsmanship.
Since its inauguration in 2022, the Dubai office has brought over 100 unique Bespoke visions to life, offering clients in the region direct access to the world-renowned designers and artisans at Goodwood. This anniversary celebrates not just a milestone but the bold spirit and rich cultural tapestry of the Middle East, reflected in every commission.
“The Private Office Dubai has transformed the way we engage with our clients,” says James Crichton, Regional Director for Rolls-Royce Middle East & Africa. “It stands as a centre of creativity and craftsmanship, enabling a deeply immersive and highly personal commissioning experience.”
Under the guidance of Bespoke Lead Designer Michelle Lusby, these commissions are more than just cars; they are rolling sculptures that tell deeply personal stories. “These commissions are the result of close, collaborative relationships with our clients,” Lusby notes. “We are transforming their visions into reality, continually pushing the boundaries of creativity and craftsmanship.”
Here are five extraordinary masterpieces that showcase the pinnacle of Rolls-Royce Bespoke.
Unveiling the Anniversary Collection: Five Bespoke Masterpieces

Each of these motor cars is a one-of-one creation, a testament to the owner’s vision and the limitless potential of Rolls-Royce’s Bespoke Collective.
1. The Pearl Cullinan: A Tribute to a Father
Commissioned as a touching 90th birthday gift from a son to his father, the Pearl Cullinan is a masterclass in sentiment and elegance.
- Exterior: The unique Pearl Rose finish, a shimmering blend of metallic and pearlescent pigments, was inspired by a treasured family pearl. It’s accented with a hand-painted rose gold coachline and a matching rose gold Spirit of Ecstasy.
- Interior: Mother-of-pearl is exquisitely inlaid across the dashboard and rotary dials. The picnic tables feature a stunning Arabic-inspired motif created from 1,351 individual pieces of mother-of-pearl. In a deeply personal touch, the Arabic word for “father” is delicately inlaid in stainless steel on the passenger-side fascia.
2. The Spectre Rose: A Mother’s Love
This all-electric Spectre is a poignant tribute from a mother to her daughter. The design is inspired by the English Princess Rose, a flower symbolizing grace and chosen for its soft pink hue—the daughter’s favourite colour.
- Craftsmanship: A bespoke rose motif is embroidered on all four headrests and the rear seat waterfall. Using an innovative technique, two shades of pink satin stitch create a rich, three-dimensional effect for the petals.
- Symbolism: Each green leaf in the embroidery represents a family member, weaving an intimate family story directly into the car’s design.
- Design: The crisp Arctic White exterior is complemented by a vivid Peony Pink coachline, while the interior features a high-contrast palette of Grace White and Black leather with Peony Pink accents.
3. The Phantom Arabian Jasmine: A Kingdom’s Jewel
The Phantom Arabian Jasmine is the first in a visionary Bespoke trilogy named Jewels of the Kingdom, inspired by the native flowers of Saudi Arabia. This motor car pays homage to the delicate jasmine from the southern city of Jazan.
- Exterior: The coachwork is finished in a new Bespoke hue, Arabian Jasmine (Pearl), which radiates a luminous glow. A hand-painted coachline in Pine Green resolves in a beautiful jasmine motif.
- Interior: The cabin is a poetic expression of its theme, with jasmine embroidery on the picnic tables and a bespoke jasmine inlay. The highlight is the reflective Gallery installation, titled Ruthenium Bloom, creating an atmosphere of serene luxury.
4. The Emerald and Arctic Super Crystal Two-Tone Cullinan
This extraordinary Cullinan is the result of a deeply collaborative and emotional design journey celebrating a client’s personal milestone.
- Exterior: A striking Emerald Green and Arctic White Super Crystal Two-Tone finish with subtle gold accents gives this Cullinan an opulent yet commanding presence.
- Interior Firsts: The fascia features a beautiful Arabic calligraphy design created by the client’s artist friend. The cabin also introduces a never-before-seen emerald green colour-tinted technical fibre and a hidden, airbrushed Spirit of Ecstasy within the picnic table, providing moments of wonder and delight.
5. The Eminence Ghost: A View from Above
Drawing its name from the concept of prestige, the Eminence Ghost is a study in expressive design inspired by aerial views of rising landscapes.
- Exterior: The body is finished in Bespoke Pebble Paradiso, while the bonnet is painted in Sapphire Black—a visual metaphor for the sea shifting from light, shallow waters to mysterious depths.
- Interior: The cabin is elevated with bespoke seat inserts featuring a unique, typographic-inspired embroidery. The refined woodset is finished with a subtle Blue Sparkle, continuing the theme of light playing on water.
The Future of Bespoke Luxury
These five masterpieces are more than just cars; they are profound interpretations of identity, family, and heritage crafted through visionary design. The Rolls-Royce Private Office Dubai has firmly established itself as a global center for luxury commissioning, proving that the only limit to what can be created is the client’s imagination. As the team looks to the future, one can only anticipate what remarkable creations the next few years will bring.
