Available exclusively online with Ounass in the Middle East, Garrard has created a new colourway for its Wings Reflection jewels that evokes the midnight-blue beauty of the sky after dark, illuminated by glittering stars. Comprising a pendant, earrings and bracelet in a choice of 18 carat white or yellow gold, the six new Wings Reflection Midnight jewels shimmer with handcrafted enamel detailing in the deepest of blues, accented with pavé diamonds.
Launching on 14th March on Ounass.com, the Wings Reflection Midnight creations are the latest to join the Wings universe. Inspired by the wings of an angel, the Wings motif is a Garrard icon, known worldwide for its powerful symbolism. Emblematic of peace, purity and protection, the new jewels complement existing Wings Reflection pieces in turquoise, blush pink, icy blue and deep red enamel, which reflect the changing colours of the seasons.
The creation of an exclusive Wings Reflection colourway for Ounass highlights the importance of the region for Garrard. “We are always looking for ways to better serve our loyal clientele in the Middle East,” explains Sara Prentice, creative director at Garrard. “It was during a recent trip to Dubai that I had the idea for a new colourway for Wings Reflection. The night sky was so clear and the colour breath-taking. I knew that enamel would be the perfect medium in which to capture it.”
