The origin of the Slim begins in 2004 during an intimate dinner at a seaside restaurant in the historic fishing village of Cesenatico, Italy. Struck by a moment of pure creative inspiration, Giuseppe Zanotti sketched the first concept directly onto the restaurant’s tablecloth – a revolutionary design that transformed a discarded fishbone into a precious jewel sensuously draping across the foot.
