Charlotte Tilbury MBE on Bella Hadid: I’ve always loved and admired Bella and when we were together in New York at the Prince’s Trust Gala last year we both knew we HAD to do something magical together! Our creative connection and energy is extraordinary and exciting – it is truly a meeting of minds and souls! I’m so thrilled that we got to shoot our very first campaign together in London, earlier this month.

We’ve worked together many times on red carpets and at events, but I loved creating this golden, glowing look for Bella, when she was accepting an award for her Mental Health Advocacy at the Golden Heart Awards last year. She is such an inspiration, using her platform to raise awareness for such an important cause.
Bella loves a lifted look, so after creating a radiant, skin-like base with a blend of Beautiful Skin Foundation and the Beauty Light Wand in Spotlight, I used two shades of Beautiful Skin Radiant Concealer, to bounce the light for that ‘snatched’ effect! I then set everything in place with Bella’s favourite – the finely milled, soft-focusing Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder, pressing over the top of the concealer for a flawless, lifted, airbrushed look.
For Bella’s golden smokey eye, I started with the Super Nudes Easy Eye Palette to contour the eye shape, then pressed the Hypnotising Pop Shot in Sunlit Diamond on the centre of her lids for a glowing pop of shimmer.We used Beautiful Skin Sun-Kissed Glow Bronzer and the Beauty Light Wand in Spotlight to define and highlight her cheekbones, and accentuate that lifted, glowing look!
To finish, we wanted something fresh and classic, so I started by lining Bella’s lips with the Lip Cheat in Iconic Nude and topped with the Lip Lustre in Ibiza Nights for a luxe, sheer-shimmer pout.
She looked absolutely incredible, with bronzed glowing skin and a sophisticated nude gloss lip. I loved seeing the full look come together with her sleek bun and gorgeous, golden Michael Kors dress!”
